Sweetwater Home Services first opened its Austin location in March 1987. With only six employees, we fit the description of a start-up business. Over the last 30-plus years, we have experienced the many highs and lows dealt with by the Texas economy and always managed our business conservatively. This approach has ensured our ability to be there for our customers whenever we’re needed, and it has also allowed us to grow. We expanded into the San Antonio market in 1988 and then again into the Rio Grande Valley in 1992. Along the way, we added bathroom remodeling and air purification services, so that we can help our customers transform their homes into the truly comfy castles they deserve.
Today, with slightly over 100 employees, our commitment is to provide the highest-quality water treatment equipment to over 35,000 customers and back it up with the best service in our industry. Our water softeners, filters, and drinking water systems are built to last and are covered by lifetime warranties. What’s more, all of our installers are certified by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality or carry a journeyman or master plumber’s license. Our insistence on excellence in product quality and service gives our customers the peace of mind they need to invest in better water for their homes, knowing they’ll receive all the benefits advertised for the premium products they choose.
